Who you are buying from

Rebel NPC sells the products shown on this site. Questions about an order, a return or anything on this page: contact@rebelnpc.com. We answer every email.

Orders

An order is placed when you complete payment. You then receive a confirmation email listing what you bought, the price paid and the delivery address. That email is your proof of purchase. Keep it.

If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we cancel the order and refund you in full. We do not substitute one product for another.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros or in US dollars depending on where the order ships. Shipping is added on top of the product price and depends on the destination; it is shown before you pay, and it is free above the order value stated at checkout. The price that applies is the one displayed at the moment you pay.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. We see the amount, the currency and the delivery address, nothing more.

Shipping

The first batch ships mid October. You get a tracking number by email before your parcel leaves the workshop. Delivery times after that depend on the carrier and on your country.

Customs and duties

Inside the European Union: nothing to pay on delivery. United States: duties are included in the price. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Canada: duties and local taxes are not included and are charged to you by the carrier on delivery.

Returns and defects

You have 14 days to change your mind, and a defective product is replaced or refunded in full. The details are on the returns page.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Nothing here removes the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country. If something goes wrong, write to us first. It is faster than any other route.
