14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from the day the parcel is delivered to tell us you want to return it. No reason needed. Write to contact@rebelnpc.com with your order email and we tell you where to send it.

The product must come back unused and in its original packaging. Once we have it, you are refunded within 14 days, on the same payment method you used to pay.

Return shipping is at your cost, except when the product is defective. See below.

Exchanges

You can exchange instead of being refunded. Same 14 days, same conditions: unused and in its original packaging. Tell us at contact@rebelnpc.com and we send the replacement once we have the first one back. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is defective.

Defective or damaged

If what you receive is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, send us photos at contact@rebelnpc.com. We replace it or refund you in full, shipping included, and we pay the return. You do not have to send it back before we settle it.

What cannot be returned

Products that have been used, altered, or come back without their original packaging. Everything else is returnable within the 14 days.

Cancelling before it ships

The first batch ships mid October. Until your parcel leaves the workshop you can cancel by email and get a full refund, no questions asked.
