What we keep
If you order: your email, your name, your delivery address, what you bought and what you paid. If you only join the free list: your first name, your email and the country you picked.
We never see your card number. Payment happens on Stripe's own pages; Stripe hands us back the amount, the currency and the shipping address, and keeps the card details on its side. Stripe's script also runs on our own pages: it reads device and browsing signals — screen, browser, how the page is used — to tell real buyers from card fraud. We never see those signals either.
Why we keep it
To ship your order, to answer you if something goes wrong, and to email you when the batch is ready. That is the whole list. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who is not shipping your parcel.
Who else touches it
Three companies, each for one job: Stripe takes the payment, Resend sends the emails, Railway hosts the site and the database. We also use two measurement tools: Google Analytics counts visits, and Microsoft Clarity records how the page is used — where a page is scrolled and what is clicked — so we can see which parts of it do not work. Clarity hides what you type, including anything you enter in a form. Neither tool tells us who you are.
How long
Order records stay as long as accounting rules require. List addresses stay until you ask us to remove them: write to contact@rebelnpc.com and the address is deleted, no question asked.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to contact@rebelnpc.com and we do it. If an order is involved, we keep the invoice, because the law says we must, and erase the rest.
